An Otter Comes Back to a City River

BRONX, N.Y. — An otter was seen along the Bronx River in New York City. It is the first one there in about 100 years. A hidden camera took its picture.

Otters only live where the water is clean. People worked for years to clean up that river.

Why it matters: It shows that cleaning up a dirty river really can work.
